Get “The Exploding Hearts” CD called Guitar Romantic blast it loud, strip down and just dance…Scream your most favorite cuss word over and over…and throw darts at a picture of your least favorite “Back Street Boy.” Rent Goonies and buy your fav ice cream…(god that’s what I need to do right now.) Something’s gotta work.
Just don't listen to it!!! I know how loud it can be, silence!!! Fill up with noise, talk to yourself, sing, laugh, be crazy, let yourself go!!!!! Just be happy and dwell not on the pat and things are gonna be allright! You're already doing fine just by being on your own!!!

I know it is hard, but it will get better.. once I got used to it, I really enjoyed living by myself "back in the day.." give it some time..
