The Sentence Game
Ok class, the word for today is : ODIOUS
odious/ OH-dee-us/ adjective: arousing or deserving hatred or repugnance : hateful
I would like for each of you to write a creative sentencece using this word. Whoever has the best sentencece according to me (since after all it is my contest), will win something wondrous. I just don't know what yet. Perhaps we shall let the winner choose their prize eh? Let the games begin!

I got madd skillz:
"Although her speech with the duchess was quite melodious, her manner with the servants was decidedly odious."
Manhole the Elder is done. I shall salvage my old posts and scuttle it presently. This will necessitate, of course, the updating of your sidebar.
Also, I'm glad you enjoyed the ramblings on the history blog. The story gets still more fantastic.
Huh! Get Funky!

If I could carve out the way I really feel and put it on a pedestel for other people to see, its sheer odiousness would boggle the senses, scattering far and wide those who chanced upon it.

They all lose. Bad, bad, bad sentences. Not good enough!
Am not participating though. My english vocabulary still needs some grooming and my odiously long sentences, as you can see, are odiously long. But as I said, am not participating, but if you think I deserve the price (whatever it is) then, who am I to disagree. The sentence is yours....
Cheers!
